ZONG Wins Customer Satisfaction Award 2016

(KarachiCliffNews): Pakistan’s fastest growing network ZONG has received the Customer Satisfaction Award 2016 for the Excellence in Telecommunication in a glittering mega award distribution Ceremony held in a local hotel in Karachi. Sindh Minister of Transport & Mass transit Syed Nasir Hussain Shah was the Chief Guest. The awards were jointly organized by Consumer Voice Pakistan-CVP and The Consumers Eye Pakistan-TCEP, non-profit consumer organizations working to promote Best Pakistani Products & Services in view of consumer satisfaction in Pakistan. Mr. Rizwan Ahmed Siddiqui, General Manager-South received Customer Satisfaction in the Category of Best Quality telecom operator in Pakistan. Zong is currently the fastest growing network in the country and has always been at the front in terms of taking initiatives and introducing new technologies. Rizwan Ahmed Siddiqui –General Manager-South after receiving the award said, “This award is a strong source of encouragement for us, and we will remain committed to contributing with excellence to the telecommunication arena for the betterment of the country. He furthermore expressed gratitude towards the management of CS-Award for holding merit based Customer Satisfaction Awards to encourage stakeholders for maintaining Quality  Services in Pakistan. The decision to present this award to Zong was based on the telecom operator’s active and successful adaptation of international communication technology of 3G & 4G.
