Karachi(Cliff News)Mudassar Arain, President, PNF has informed that the Pakistan Netball Federation and Sindh Netball Association jointly organised the Independence Day Netball Tournament 2016 at Mini Sports Complex, Nazimabad Karachi on 14th August 2016 for Celebration of Independence Day. The Sindh Police Won the Independence Day Netball Tournament 2016 which was played between Sindh Police and Karachi Region. Sindh Police won this final match 16-11 goals. Yasir Javed, Khalid Borohi and Shahzad Ahmed performed outstanding from Police.3rd Position match was also played between Hyderabad Region and Benazirabad Region. The Hyderabad won the match by 12-08 goals and secured 3rd position.

The technical officials namely Habib ur Rehman, Rizwan Ahmed, Shazia Yousaf and Iqbal Ahmed were supervised the all matches.Mr. Muhammad Riaz, Secretary General, Pakistan Netball Federation was the Chief Guest in closing ceremony and also distributed the trophies, prizes and certificates among the players / officials.
