Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Team Participate Indoor Testing Asian Games

Islamabad (Cliff News)Pakistan’s tenpin team will contest in the Asian tenpin bowling testing games Ashgabat; the capital of Turkmenistan next year. This was disclosed at a meeting of the v isiting Turkmenistan’s high level delegation with Mr. Ejaz ur Rehman, Secretary General of Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation in Islamabad. The Turkmen delegates were led by Mr. Annayov Yazmrat. The Secretary General welcomed the guests and expressed the confidence that such visits will help in further strengthening relations in the field of sports amongst the respective nations. “Tenpin Game is becoming gradually popular in Pakistan and is played with great interest in various countries”, it was opined. There is no dearth of talent in Pakistan and our tenpin players have proved their abilities and skills on frequent basis internationally, apart from holding contests on regular basis at home ground throughout the yearThe Turkmenistan’s delegates while expressing their views on this occasion offered the opportunity to the Pakistan’s Tenpin team to join the 5th Indoor Asian and Marshal Arts Games taking place by next year and in this connection all out facilities will be made available to them. Mr. Annayov Yaz Marat said that excellent arrangements are being made to making the games exemplary. Thousands of players from 62 Asian Ocean countries will be joining this historic event and state of the art facilities are being developed to make the event a success story in real terms, he said. He also wished that the Pakistani team may succeed to prove its standings as well.On this occasion, Mr. Ejaz ur Rehman presented souvenirs to the guests. Meanwhile the distinguished guests experienced a very hectic schedule of engagements throughout the day in Islamabad; the federal Capital of Pakistan. The guests also took snaps of worth seeing places and historic sites as part of their plan to develop a documentary on Pakistan. The Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Pakistan, Mr. Begench Qurbanov hosted dinner in honour of the delegates in Islamabad. The guests also visited the Pakistan Lok Virsa Museum; an institution wherein rare relics of the historical heritage of the nation are displayed and they took highly keen interest in the local and national culture. On the third day of the visit, the guests will meet the Federal Minister as well as the Director General of the Pakistan Sports Board, Mr. Akhtar Nawaz Ganjeera at Pakistan Secretariat besides visiting journalists bodies and their offices to highlight the importance of the 5th Indoor Asian and Marshal Arts Games and update them on the ongoing developments in this respect.
