Karachi(Cliff News)TDAP has strongly refuted the statement issued by Mian Zahid Hussain published in the newspapers on 01-09-2016 about the cancellation of Aalishan Pakistan exhibition in New Delhi. TDAP has clarified that the dates of the fair has been adjusted in October 2016 due to number of factors including some religious events in India. No shipments have been dispatched to India so far therefore; there is no question of any loss. The participants have been informed accordingly and no body has shown any reservation about the new proposed dates in the end of October. Indian High Commission has asked the participants to submit their passports on dates close to the exhibition and has not refused any visas. All arrangements are in place for holding the event on the new dates unless there are some unusual circumstances beyond TDAP’s control. TDAP is fully committed in facilitating the exporters, their money is secure and no loss has been incurred or shall be incurred.The statement of Mian Zahid in this regard is misleading and he trying to sabotage the event and spread confusion among the business community. He is not an exporter and has not related to the event or TDAP in any manner. His statement is merely to malign TDAP and serve his own vested interests.
