Dr. Tasneem Kausar is a name that represents resilience, compassion, and vision. A mother, a doctor, and a businesswoman, she is working tirelessly across three critical sectors — Health, Education, and Business — with one clear mission: to keep the Pakistan flag flying higher.
What sets her apart today is her groundbreaking initiative to bring Chinese technical education to Pakistan in collaboration with Tang Group China. This partnership is aimed at building the future of both current and upcoming generations by equipping youth with globally competitive skills, and ultimately removing the fear of unemployment that holds so many back.
From Humble Beginnings to Healthcare Leadership
Dr. Tasneem grew up in a middle-class family and completed her basic education with determination. She went on to earn her MBBS and built a strong career as a Gynecologist and Dermatologist. She served patients at some of Karachi’s most respected medical hubs including The Doctors Plaza, Malir Cantt, and other key commercial areas of the City of Lights.
What patients remember most about her is her humanity. She is known for being down-to-earth, offering discounts to those who cannot afford full fees, and even providing medicines to patients in need. Today, she also runs her own institute to extend her service further.
She has also led as President of the Korangi Women Business Chamber, one of the largest commercial hubs in Karachi, advocating for women entrepreneurs and economic growth.
Empowering Youth Through Skills
Dr. Tasneem’s contribution does not stop at healthcare. She is now offering affordable, high-quality technical courses to students. Her focus is simple: provide practical, job-oriented education that directly leads to employment. By partnering with international institutions like Tang Group China, she is bridging the gap between education and industry, giving young Pakistanis real pathways to stable careers.
A Commitment to Community
Beyond her professional roles, Dr. Tasneem is actively engaged with:

- Shevolution by German Consulate – supporting women empowerment programs
- Badar Expo Solutions – organizing and managing health expos to promote public wellness
She balances all of this while fulfilling her role as a devoted mother and family member.
