Karachi(Cliff News)President Karachi Hockey Associatio Dr.Syed Junaid Ali Shah has said that it is my desire to make Karachi as Hockey nursery like Cricket, with the cooperation of former Olympians and International players. He stated that after long time I have the honour to manage election of Karachi Hockey Association Secretary in a domestic manner to whom I got warm appreciation from all circles. I am trying my best to provide maximum playing opportunities to Hockey Players, as well as hockey grounds. Dr.Junaid Ali Shah said that it is pleasure for me that during my recent meeting with Governor Sindh Dr.Ishrat ul Ibad Khan who assured me has full cooperation as regard to promotion of Hockey in the city. He stated that it is my top priority to cut down bogus clubs and as such I am making arrangements to provide maximum facilities to play Hockey only active and registered clubs. Shortely I may announce Inter School Hockey event and I am of the openion that we can produce talent on School, College level.
